Tech inspection requirements are all based on keeping you safe out on the track. Please review these requirements and inspect your car prior to the event to ensure that it will past tech and that you don't loose out on any track time.

You will be given the chance to correct any unsafe items and be re-inspected. If you are unable to correct the issue and cannot pass tech you will receive a refund of your driving fee.

Special Tech Inspection Note

Cars without proper battery tie downs and positive terminal insulation will NOT be passed through tech. Everyone has been warned about this enough times. Duct tape does not count as proper battery terminal insulation. If you do not pass tech you must correct the issue and go to the back of the line to try again. It is not fair to everyone else who has a properly set up car to delay tech inspection. If you do not pass tech and miss your runs we cannot make any special accommodations. Come locked and loaded ready to rock.

Oil Leaks - There have been several cars leaking oil on the track at the last event. Mostly 240sx's that have overfilled transmission fluid.

Make sure your transmission fluid is at the right level. It is strongly recommended that all drivers install catch cans on their transmissions and differentials to catch any overflowing fluid. Catch cans are available for a reasonable price from Summit Racing and can be home made.

If you car is leaking fluids on the track you will not be allowed to run until it is fixed and you will not be given any re-runs.
